New World Order: Still A Conspiracy Theory? 030409top

Despite the fact that the term “new world order” was mentioned in connection with the G20 this week hundreds of times by both global leaders and in news reports, it is still regarded as a “conspiracy theory” by that bastion of truthiness, Wikipedia.

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown himself yesterday announced that the G20 heralded the creation of a “new world order” which would involve increased global regulation of economic markets.

A Google News search provides well over a thousand results of reports including the term “new world order” over the past couple of weeks.

Despite the fact that world leaders have been talking about a “new world order” for decades, in the context of the political agenda to diminish the power of sovereign states in favor of a move towards global governance, it was still regarded as a delusion of paranoid conspiracy theorists by the establishment media until relatively recently.

Now even Fox News and Sean Hannity are throwing their arms in the air and admitting that the “conspiracy theorists were right” as the agenda for global government is openly announced.

However, the online encyclopedia Wikipedia, which is notorious for being completely infested with maniacally obsessive trolls, crooked insiders, and establishment apologists, claims that in its warped version of reality, the “new world order” as a sinister concept is still a nebulous conspiracy theory.

New World Order: Still A Conspiracy Theory? 030409shot1

New World Order: So-called “conspiracy theorists” had to endure decades of ridicule for daring to claim such a political agenda existed - now it’s openly discussed in every major news outlet.

New World Order: Still A Conspiracy Theory? 030409shot2

But according to Wikipedia, it’s still a “conspiracy theory”.

Wikipedia attempts to make the differentiation by claiming that the new world order in the context of a sinister, undemocratic, and ultimately totalitarian political agenda, is a characterization embraced only by paranoid conspiracy theorists.

Presumably, Wikipedia is only willing to accept the fact that an agenda to create a new world order exists if that new world order equates to a happy, loving, positive move, where world bankers and global elitists really have the best interests of all of us at heart. Forgive us for being somewhat skeptical of that conclusion.

In reality, as we have exhaustively documented, the new world order has nothing to do with saving the world and everything to do with centralizing power and control into the hands of a gaggle of criminal globalists who are concerned about nothing other than increasing their domination over the planet - at the expense of the rest of the population.

The new world order is totalitarian by its very nature - shifting power away from sovereign countries to global institutions which have no accountability to the general public whatsoever, and through which the public has no voice or influence. That cannot be defined as anything else but undemocratic. There is no such thing as a “benign” new world order.

This very agenda was again enunciated this week by World Bank President and and Bilderberg elitist Robert Zoellick, who openly admitted the plan to eliminate national sovereignty and impose a global government during a speech on the eve of the G20 summit.

Speaking about the agenda to increase not just funding but power for international organizations on the back of the financial crisis, Zoellick stated, “If leaders are serious about creating new global responsibilities or governance, let them start by modernising multilateralism to empower the WTO, the IMF, and the World Bank Group to monitor national policies.”

Proponents of a new world order have always disguised their rhetoric with flowery notions of achieving some kind of global utopia, but behind the scenes the real agenda has always been sinister, nepotistic and anathema to any reasonable notion of democratic freedom.

It’s about time the establishment media stopped parroting the words of globalists and blithely repeating the term “new world order” like it was going out of fashion, and actually started asking real questions about what it really means.

Black Bloc Provocateurs Set Strasbourg Hotel on Fire

Posted on 04 April 2009 by Congress Check

Infowars
April 4, 2009

“Protesters demonstrating against a NATO summit in Strasbourg set fire to a hotel in the city near the river Rhine on Saturday, AFP journalists witnessed.”

Described as “hardline,” the Black Bloc provocateurs, “armed with metal bars,” also wrecked a wrecked a chapel, a pharmacy, an empty police post and other buildings at the French end of the Europe bridge connecting Strasbourg with Germany, according to AFP.

In order to demonize the anti-NATO protests as the work of violent “anarchists” (agents provocateurs), the New York Times described participants as “a mix of anti-globalization and anti-military activists (who) set a hotel and border post on fire, while riot police used tear gas to keep them back.”

Sky News (owned by Rupert Murdoch) reports: “Some of the protesters — throwing rocks — tried to storm a massive police blockade at the Pont d’Anvers bridge, and were driven back by water cannon, tear gas, flash bombs and rubber bullets.”

The BBC filed a video report highlighting the staged violence.

Police used the staged violence as an excuse to arrest demonstrators. “Police later detained dozens of demonstrators, lying them face down on the ground before hauling them away,” Sky News reports elsewhere. “Journalists were stopped by police from approaching the campsite area… The campsite had been set up to house demonstrators during the two-day talks.”

As noted in the video here, the legitimate anti-NATO protesters are determined to use non-violent civil disobedience to block the summit. In order to provide an excuse to use batons and rubber bullets against them, agents provocateurs masquerading as Black Bloc anarchists have been dispatched with instructions to burn down hotels and vandalize churches.

Earlier in the week, “anarchist” agents provocateurs were dispatched during the G20 with orders to smashed up the Royal Bank of Scotland. The corporate media used images of this vandalism to demonize non-violent demonstrators.

“The British authorities seemed to have little problem with allowing a group of violent black bloc anarchists to smash up the RBS building while provoking police yesterday, despite the group announcing their target in advance, yet a legitimate anti-poverty organization has had its ‘accreditation’ to protest at the G20 removed on the orders of Downing Street,” wrote Paul Joseph Watson on April 2. The authorities “knew that the building was a prime target, and yet it was the only one in the street not boarded up. A cafe across the street was boarded up and yet the RBS building was left completely vulnerable to attack.”

G-20 to give $1 trillion to IMF, World Bank

JANE WARDELL
Associated Press
April 2, 2009

Prime Minister Gordon Brown says leaders at the G-20 summit have agreed to give $1 trillion to the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank to help struggling nations around the world.

Brown also says the 20 countries at the summit will enact common policies to crack down on tax havens, regulate hedge funds, and rebuild trust in the financial system to “prevent a crisis such as this from happening again.”

He says the G-20 nations will also give emerging powers a greater say in the world economy.

Brown did not outline any new fiscal measures but says that the stimulus packages already announced by major nations have already been the biggest in history.

Feds Plan to Take Over Cybersecurity, Enforce Regulations on Private Industry

Posted on 02 April 2009 by Congress Check

Joby Warrick and Walter Pincus
The Washington Post
April 1, 2009

Key lawmakers are pushing to dramatically escalate U.S. defenses against cyberattacks, crafting proposals that would empower the government to set and enforce security standards for private industry for the first time.

The proposals, in Senate legislation that could be introduced as early as today, would broaden the focus of the government’s cybersecurity efforts to include not only military networks but also private systems that control essentials such as electricity and water distribution. At the same time, the bill would add regulatory teeth to ensure industry compliance with the rules, congressional officials familiar with the plan said yesterday.

Addressing what intelligence officials describe as a gaping vulnerability, the legislation also calls for the appointment of a White House cybersecurity “czar” with unprecedented authority to shut down computer networks, including private ones, if a cyberattack is underway, the officials said.

How industry groups will respond is unclear. Jim Dempsey, vice president for public policy at the Center for Democracy and Technology, which represents private companies and civil liberties advocates, said that mandatory standards have long been the “third rail of cybersecurity policy.” Dempsey said regulation could also stifle creativity by forcing companies to adopt a uniform approach.

The legislation, co-sponsored by Senate Commerce Committee Chairman John D. Rockefeller IV (D-W.Va.) and Sen. Olympia J. Snowe (R-Maine), was drafted with White House input. Although the White House indicated it supported some key concepts of the bill, there has been no official endorsement.

Many of the proposals were based on recommendations of a landmark study last year by the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Currently, government responsibility for cybersecurity is split: The Pentagon and the National Security Agency safeguard military networks, while the Department of Homeland Security provides assistance to private networks. Previous cybersecurity initiatives have largely concentrated on reducing the vulnerability of government and military computers to hackers.

Tory Says Cult of Celebrity Leading Brits to the Dark Ages

Britain risks entering a new Dark Age because the cult of celebrity is undermining learning, a senior Tory said yesterday.

Liam Fox warned the fabric of society was under threat, with the ‘age of reason’ going into reverse.

The defence spokesman said a generation ago children wanted to be astronauts or scientists - now they simply want fame.

‘Since the Renaissance and the Enlightenment, the age of reason, we have transformed our world,’ he said.

‘But there is a crisis of confidence, an uncertainty and a lack of optimism in our society which should trouble us.

‘Diminishing social mobility, the cult of the celebrity society, the decline in serious learning, the increasing disregard for empiricism and social attitudes verging on value-phobia threaten to cast a shadow on the enlightened western liberalism which has taken us so far.’

Queen Elizabeth’s Gift to Calderón: Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four

Posted on 02 April 2009 by Congress Check

Kurt Nimmo
Infowars
April 2, 2009

Felipe Calderón gave the Queen of England a Maque tray from Michoacan. The Queen gave Calderón a collector’s edition of George Orwell’s dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four. Calderón received the book as he bowed and scraped at Buckingham Palace.

Felipe Calderón meets with the Queen.

Felipe Calderón meets with the Queen.

On its face, the gift presented to Calderón seems rather strange. But when you think about it, not really. In the novel, Oceania has a strict social class arrangement with the Inner Party at the top (2% of the population represented by Big Brother), the Outer Party of bureaucrats in the middle, and a large number of Proles at the bottom. The Inner Party believes the Proles are inferior and expendable and strives to make certain they live in misery, not unlike the average Mexican who lives under grinding poverty while a small predatory and parasitical class represented by Calderón steals the country’s wealth.

The elected president of Mexico is Andrés Manuel López Obrador, but Mexico’s elite rigged the election in 2006 and installed the “free market” — that is to say, the globalist and bankster tool — Felipe Calderón.

Mexico has rather obvious and obnoxious social classes based along racial lines. Most of the country is mestizo (of mixed European and native ancestry) while the ruling elite is white. It is not uncommon for the elite to harbor racist attitudes bordering on white supremacy.

Felipe Calderón is careful not to display racist attitudes. Prince Philip, the husband of Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh, does not share this aversion. He has made numerous racist, sexist and xenophobic comments in public and seems to revel in telling “jokes” about the lower classes (see Top 15 Quotes of Prince Philip).

Skin color is foremost in the minds of the royals. The BBC bent over backward to excuse Prince Charles for his racism. The Prince of Wales is fond of calling an Asian polo club member “Sooty.” Kolin Dhillon, the club member, told the BBC he likes “being called Sooty by my friends who I am sure universally use the name as a term of affection with no offense meant or felt.”

Hitler
The Duke and Duchess of Windsor meet Adolf Hitler in 1937.

But of equal import is the fact the royals are unabashed Nazi sympathizers. It’s not simply Prince Harry’s penchant for wearing Nazi uniforms — he wore the uniform at a friend’s birthday party in Wiltshire, which had the tell-tale dress theme “colonial and native” in 2005 — but royal family has a sordid history of royal support for Nazis as well.

King Edward VIII, who became the Duke of Windsor after abdicating in 1936, was sympathetic towards Hitler. In 1970 he told one interviewer: “I never thought Hitler was such a bad chap.” The duke and his wife, Wallis Simpson, had visited Germany in 1937 and were taken to meet the Führer.

Edward’s abdication led to Queen Elizabeth II’s ascension to the throne in 1952. It is said her second cousin, Prince Philip, whom she married, had siblings with connections to the Nazis. Philip was trained in the Hitler Youth. “Not only was he trained in the Hitler Youth curriculum, but his German brothers-in-law, with whom he lived, all became high-ranking figures in the Nazi Party,” writes Scott Thompson in The American Almanac. Philip’s belief in population control and eugenics is like a page right out the Nazi playbook.

“Other royals also had links to the Nazis,” writes Richard Woods for the Sunday Times. “Baron Gunther von Reibnitz, the father of Princess Michael of Kent, was a party member and an honorary member of the SS. And the brother of Princess Alice, a great-aunt to the Queen, was a Nazi who said that Hitler had done a ‘wonderful job.’”

“Three of Philip’s brothers-in-law were part of a group of German aristocrats who were Anglophile and pro-Nazi at the same time, and who remain a subversive force in Germany to this day,” Thompson adds.

It’s no secret the British monarchy, and the City of London’s leading Crown bankers, enthusiastically backed Hitler and the Nazis, bankrolled the Führer’s election, and did everything possible to build the Nazi war machine.

Considering the historical record — dutifully ignored by the corporate media as Obama bows and scrapes before the Queen and her pro-Nazi and racist husband — the Queen’s gift to Felipe Calderón may be inappropriate.

She should have gifted him with a copy of Hitler’s Mein Kampf.

Brown Again Calls for New World Order

Posted on 01 April 2009 by Congress Check

March 31, 2009

Gordon Brown today made an overtly religious call for a new world order based on the ‘deep moral sense’ shared by all faiths.

Making the first speech by a serving Prime Minister at St Paul’s Cathedral in London, Mr Brown quoted from scripture as he said people could come together to forge a new ‘global society’.

The world economy and society should be rebuilt around a Zulu word for hope - themba - which also stands for ‘there must be an alternative’, the Prime Minister suggested.

It was an extraordinary break from his predecessor Tony Blair, whose spin doctor Alastair Campbell, famously declared that ‘we don’t do God’.

At Westminster it was also seen as high risk for a Government mired in allegations of sleaze to put morality and faith at the centre of its political and economic message.

Northern Ireland riots after police arrest 3 over killings

Posted on 14 March 2009 by Congress Check

SHAWN POGATCHNIK
Associated Press
March 14, 2009

LURGAN, Northern Ireland – Irish nationalist gangs hurled gasoline bombs at police Saturday after three alleged IRA dissidents were arrested on suspicion of killing two British soldiers in an attack designed to trigger wider violence in Northern Ireland.

  • A d v e r t i s e m e n t
  • efoods

Police operating in armored cars and flame-retardant suits said none of their officers was injured during the rising mob violence in the Irish Catholic end of Lurgan, a religiously divided town southwest of Belfast. Rioters also blocked the main Belfast-to-Dublin railway line that runs alongside the hardline Kilwilkie neighborhood of the town.

Later, police said they arrested a 37-year-old man and 30-year-old woman, and seized a gun and ammunition in the neighboring town of Craigavon, where Irish Republican Army dissidents shot to death a policeman Monday.

Police would not say whether those arrests and the arms find were connected to the March 7 shooting of the soldiers or the subsequent killing of the policeman. Police said the couple were being questioned about unspecified &quotserious terrorist crime.&quot

The unrest came in direct response to Saturday’s arrest of Colin Duffy, 41, the best-known Irish republican in Lurgan. Police arrested two other suspected Irish Republican Army dissidents aged 32 and 21 in the overwhelmingly Catholic village of Bellaghy — all on suspicion of shooting to death two soldiers last weekend.

Greek Group That Targeted Citigroup Warns of Plan for Revolt

Posted on 14 March 2009 by Congress Check

March 14, 2009

Greece’s Revolutionary Struggle, the group that said it targeted two branches of Citigroup Inc. in Athens, warned it will use the global financial crisis to spur a revolt that will end capitalism.

  • A d v e r t i s e m e n t
  • efoods

The group targeted the branches because it wants to make Greece “hostile territory for the criminal agents of international capital, like Citibank,” according to an eight- page statement published in the weekly newspaper Pontiki today. Revolution is “our duty, here and now. This crisis should be the tomb of the system,” the group said.

The militants also threatened journalists and media groups and said it would continue “safe” attacks on random targets, “taking the appropriate measures for the safety of citizens.”

Revolutionary Struggle, which surfaced in 2003, claimed a spate of attacks on banks, international companies and police officers in the wake of riots sparked by the police shooting of Alexis Grigoropoulos, 15, in December. The only casualty in the attacks is a policeman who was hurt. There have been no arrests.

A bomb exploded at 3 a.m. local time on March 9 outside the Citibank branch in the suburb of Filothei in northern Athens. The blast smashed windows of the bank. Last month police foiled a car bomb attack on a Citibank branch in the northern suburb of Kifissia.

Destabilizing Mexico

Posted on 14 March 2009 by Congress Check

Rev. Richard Skaff
Global Research
March 14, 2009

Attorney General Eric Holder stated on February 25, 2009 that Mexican drug cartels pose a national security threat, and issued a direct warning to these cartels that they will be destroyed.

The warning came as the attorney general and acting Drug Enforcement Administration chief Michele Leonhart announced the completion of the final phase of DEA’s &quotOperation Xcellerator,&quot which targeted the Sinaloa cartel, a major western Mexico drug operation that has been expanding its reach into the United States . [1].

featured-stories - Destabilizing Mexico
President Obama recently announced that he was looking at possibly deploying National Guard troops to contain the violence but ruled out immediate military force. Photo: &quotno-man’s land&quot on the border of Tijuana, Mexico and the US.

Meanwhile, the blood shed in the Mexican cities continues to be extensive and has expanded its tentacles of violence to various cities in Mexico. Lawlessness, corruption, murders, decapitations, and kidnappings have taken the Mexican cities by a storm, giving rise to a new radical group calling itself the Juarez Citizens Command that is threatening to strike back against lawlessness that has gripped Mexico for a long time. The group stated that they are going to strike back by killing one criminal a day until order and peace is restored. Similar groups are popping up all across Mexico. [2].

In its last report, the US Department of justice disclosed that 17.2 billion dollars in cash entered Mexico in only the past two years as a result of money laundering operation in their country. The report advised that Mexico and Colombia are the principal destinations of narco resources that operate in the US and that “the laundering of drug money is a global industry” with transnational organizations present in various countries. [2].

According to a DEA undercover operative, the Mexican drug cartels have gained more and more of the American market. They have grown bolder in their attempts to expand their operations in Mexico and the United States . They now control the ruling party in Mexico and operate the biggest drug business on earth right here in the USA . [2].

Mexico’s drug and violence problem now engulfs the entire country, inundating cities along the U.S.-Mexico border. The robust drug cartel reduced its position in the western mountains, and lunged into the heart of national power in Mexico City. The capital that was once relatively immune to such contemptuous boldness of drug killings has become the scene of multiple assassinations of high-ranking federal police officials in about a week. More than 1,000 people have been killed in Mexico this year in drug-related violence and about 6,290 in 2008. [11].

Mexican police and soldiers are battling a wave of drug-related violence across the country, particularly in northern areas bordering the US . The Mexican Federal Government launched a campaign against drug-related violence more than two years ago involving the deployment of around 36,000 troops across the country.

The situation in Mexico has become so dire and out of control that U.S. Defense secretary Gates stated on March 01, 2009 that the US is in the position to provide more help to Mexico in the fight against drug cartels operating near the U.S. border. [4].

Not surprisingly, the violence has over-spilled into the United States . Brian Ross of ABC news reported that Phoenix Arizona has become the kidnapping capital of America , with more incidents than any other city in the world outside of Mexico City , and over 370 cases in 2008 alone. Phoenix police Chief Andy Anderson told ABC news that if the situation doesn’t stop here and is not turned around, it will spread across the nation. Another law enforcement officer compared the Arizona border to that of Pakistan . [5].

  • A d v e r t i s e m e n t
  • efoods

Apparently, Mexico is in a losing battle with drug cartels whose escalating violence is providing cover for Marxist insurgents to become active. The newest cartel murderous offensive raises troubling questions about the ability of the Mexican government to provide safety and security for its citizens, and heralds a future of bloody anarchy if officials cannot regain control of the streets. As a result, the United will be coming to the rescue. President Obama recently announced that he was looking at possibly deploying National Guard troops to contain the violence but ruled out immediate military force. [6].

Ironically, while we are beating the drums of national security and intervention, the Associated reported on March 13, 2009 that Forbes magazine ranked Joaquin &quotEl Chapo&quot Guzman, Mexico’s most violent drug cartels on its list of billionaires, with an estimated $1 billion fortune, at No. 701, between a Swiss oil-trading tycoon and an American chemical heir. Guzman , Mexico ’s most-wanted fugitive, is believed to head the Sinaloa cartel. President Felipe Calderon said Thursday that &quotmagazines are not only attacking and lying about the situation in Mexico but are also praising criminals.&quot [8].

Analysis:

Who benefits from the destabilization of Mexico ?

KNX News radio station a subsidiary of Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS) reported this week that most of the guns that land in the hands of the drug cartel allegedly came from the black market in the United States . Ironically, most of the drugs that enter the United States from Mexico , have been funneled to the Mexican drug lords through rendition flights from Columbia (cocaine) and Afghanistan (opium) to Mexico , then, rerouted to the US through the Mexican drug lords. Per example, On September 24, 2007, a Florida based Gulfstream II jet aircraft, number N987SA, crashed in the Yucatan . As it turns out, not only was the plane used on at least three CIA rendition flights from Europe and the United States to the Guantánamo torture chamber, but it was loaded with tons of cocaine when it went down. El Nuevo Herald reported that the CIA plane was loaded up with 3.3 tons of coke in Medellín, Colombia, and was used to ferry “hundreds of delinquents,” including alleged members of the Taliban, to Cuba for water boarding and other specialties. [10]. (You can also see video of crash on youtube, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oszATUJ4IRE)

Historically, most of the illegal activities especially in drugs and human trafficking, originate in the poorer and the less developed areas of the world, then, moves across borders to rich, developed country markets. In order for this process to take place, criminal organizations are fostered, subsidized, and protected by high level government officials, in order to launder money throughout the international banking systems and to increase the global cash flow. The IMF has reported in 2003, that 1.5 trillion US dollars a year is laundered through banks, where 500 to 600 billion dollars of that money is from drug trade and the aggregate size of money laundering in the world could be somewhere between 2 to 5 percent of the world’s GDP. It has also been a well known and documented fact in the press and in congressional records that the US intelligence agencies have dealt and circulated drugs in the US and abroad for many years.

So, is there a connection between our global policies and the destabilization of Mexico?

It would make sense to assume that Mexico is going to become a national security risk for the United States , which in turn will justify our Samaritan military aid and intervention to help the Mexican government contain the Mexican drug cartel. Therefore, Mexico will become a safer place for transnational corporations like Chevron and Exxon-Mobil. In addition, this process will pave the way for the security and prosperity partnership to unravel, as well as the privatization of Mexico ’s oil and natural resources and their takeover by the global corporations. As a result, a massive transfer of wealth and power to the new North American Union Government will unfold.

Is the American public aware and in agreement with the SPP?

Are we going to witness more conflict within our borders due to economic woes, or contrived attacks, which in return will solidify further the iron hand of our new democratic-socialist government?

Are we going to witness another major economic collapse like the prospective commercial real estate disaster that will cause major reverberations in the stock market, will induce further impoverishment of the population, and will lead to more bailouts leading to higher inflation, new currency, and poorer standard of living?

Are we heading toward civil unrest incited by the economic woes that will lead to the balkanization of America ?

Or, are we simply going to be led like sheep to the slaughter house where we will give up our freedom to satisfy our primal needs like food, shelter, and safety, then, become totally impoverished, micro-chipped, and controlled, and finally be forced into accepting the new global order?
