1.

Declaration of Sovereignty
I, a sovereign person of this world, do declare that I will no longer be the slave
of those that would rule me by force.

I will no longer sit idle while my fellow human beings are subjected to oppression
and tyranny.

I will stand united with those that support the idea that ALL individuals are
sovereign and equal, that being controlled by force and/or deception is contrary to
human dignity.

No longer will I submit to wars, taxes, subjugation through ‘living wages’,
propagandistic educational systems, deceptive media, private monetary systems,
lying/unaccountable representation in communal matters, nor any other contracts I
have not personally approved.
I pledge that I will not resort to the tactics of my enemy, but will resist by
non-compliance to the directives of those trying to be my master.
I will make my decision known by speaking out to all who will listen.

UNITED STATES NEW DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

When in the Course of human events, a madman, full of occult tendencies and engaged
in a secret society, full of evil and smoked in secrecy, bent totally on death and
destruction invades the Peoples’ Pennsylvania residence, and brings his evil clan
with him, we the people have a right to expose the dirty dog for the dirty dog, he
is, and evict him from OUR GOVERNMENT, and all TREASON TRAITORS ASSOCIATED WITH HIM.

When it becomes EVIDENTLY CLEAR to the point of RIDICULOUS AND ABSOLUTELY necessary
to cut off the CANCEROUS HANDS that have poisoned and polluted our very survival, WE
THE PEOPLE have a right to PRODUCE THE STOMPS AND PERFORM THIS VITAL operation.
Being said PERSONS LOVE THE ORDER OF DEATH, they have the right to choose the
COFFIN, THIS vital operation will entail and result in. Since they have done just
that for us, Tupperware coffins for them, should do nicely.

We hold these TRUTHS to be SELF EVIDENT, That these men have constantly LIED and
ARE DOING EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO DESTROY AMERICA, shredding the Constitution in the
NAME OF A LYING CAUSE, GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY LAW OF THE LAND, INCITING CRIMINAL
ACTIVITIES, Pushing TORTURE, PERVERTED SEX, DRUGS, and giving all of our
Unalienable RIGHTS TO THE ALIENS. That whenever any Form of Government becomes
destructive of these ends, and also, allowing burglary without WARRENTS,
WIRETAPPING, ELECTRONIC EYES MONITORING EVERY FREE CITIZEN’S MOVEMENT, BUILDING
GAS CHAMBERS DESGUISED AS DETENTION CENTERS, and DESTROYING FREE SPEECH AND THE
RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS, INSTIGATING WARS AND TERROR ATTACKS, TRAINING MILITARY WITH
POLICE TO BECOME DARK VADERS, ENCOURAGING TASER USAGE AND KILLING INNONCENT
CIVILIANS, INTIMIDATING THE CITIZEN, IT IS THE Right of the People to alter or
abolish them, and THROW THEM ALL WHERE THEY BELONG…in the Said DETENTION CENTERS,
THEY THEMSELIVES HAVE CREATED. When a long, long, long, too long train of abuses
and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same OBJECT AND ARE BENT ON LIES AND
DECEPTION because there is NO TRUTH in them and are of their FATHER, THE DEVIL,
evinces a design to reduce them under absolute DESPOTISM, it is OUR RIGHT, it is OUR
DUTY, to throw off such GOVERNMENT, and to provide new Guards for OUR future
Security.

Such has been THE PATIENT SUFFERING OF THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
and WE ARE FED UP WITH THE TORMENT AND TYRANNY. We are TIRED of working for this
Government, when in reality, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING FOR US, and FED UP WITH
PAYING FOR EVERYTHING, WHILE THEY WASTE AND GIVE TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND WE HAVE
LESS AND LESS. Working hour UPON endless, Tired hour, while THEY STEAL OUR
RESOURCES AND OUTSOURCE OUR JOBS AND OPPORTUNITIES. They are guilty and BENT ON
BANKRUPTING US. We, The People, ARE ESPECIALLY FED UP WITH THEIR CRIMINAL TAXATION
SYSTEM. If a Prince of DARKNESS AND OCCULTIC EVIL, HAS THE AUDACITY TO TREASON OUR
COUNTRY AND PRACTICALLY GIVE AMERICA TO A FOREIGN ENEMY ON A SILVER PLATTER, Then,
make plans to DESTROY OUR SOVEREIGNTY and Nation by conspiring to knock down our
boarders and unite Mexico and Canada, together as one, calling it THE AMERICAN
UNION, and planning a new currency to all, calling it an AMERO, Then, having the
AUDACITY TO WAVE OUR BELOVED FLAG, OUR BELOVED RED, WHITE, AND BLUE, WHICH MANY A
TRUE PATRIOT HAS DIED TO PROTECT, REFLECTING ALL THAT OLD GLORY REPRESENTS, Such
PARTIES ARE TREASONOUS AND SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT AND SHOT IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT TRIAL,
AND LIKE THEY HAVE DISHED TO US, GUILTY AS CHARGED. MAXIMUM TAZER TORTURE SHOULD BE
ADMINISTERED, BEFORE THE FINAL, FATAL BLOW. We hold THESE ENEMIES OF AMERICA
responsible for all of THEIR BLOODY CRIMES. They have been warned, TIME AND TIME
AGAIN, AND WE THE PEOPLE, ARE HOLDING THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR DESTRUCTIVE CRIMES
AGAINST HUMANITY AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in General
Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude
of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these
UNITED STATES solemnly publish and declare, That these UNITED STATES are, and of
Right ought to be Free and Independent States that they are Absolved from all
Allegiance to the WICKED ILLUNMINIST, BENT ON HITLER TACTICS, WHO HAS DONE
EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO DESTROY THIS COUNTRY AND KILL US, CONSTANTLY AT WORK NIGHT
AND DAY, FOR OUR DEMISE, and that all political connection between them and the
State of the DEVIL WORSHIPPERS, WHO LOVE DEATH, is and ought to be totally
dissolved and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy
War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other
Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of
this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we
mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

The New Declaration of Independence

In the age of reason, we the people cannot withstand to deny the powers that be.
Tyrannical forces, employed by our government, imposed on the people through
strategic, psychological oppression, must cease to exist.

The proximity of our fate has causes us to reexamine the truths that we hold to be
self-evident. All men are created by God and are fearfully and wonderfully made.
Therefore, our unalienable rights of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness are
to be valued by all of whom that desire such qualities and secured by governmental
entities, instituted by the people, monitored by the people, and most importantly,
for the best interests of the people. However, our government has forsaken its oath
hence, the trust once established and respected for our leaders has been demolished
as deception pollutes the once, free air of our homeland.

Therefore, the time has come for us to reclaim our freedom. No more shall we suffer
and be passive as our government attempts to subjugate our civil liberties our
tolerance has grown cold. To authenticate our speech, facts will bear witness to our
assertion.

The government has embraced oligarchy, although the Law of the Land forbids it, and
which also imposes on our personal, political, and economic freedoms.

The government has failed to disclose information on acts of terrorism, both home
and abroad, although truth is a fundamental belief that should be shared and
practiced by all Americans.

The government has engaged in preemptive war without the civilian control of the
military.

The government has permitted the president to launch an unconstitutional invasion of
an independent nation without Congress declaring war on that nation that which has
not been justified by the common defense of the United States.

The government has allowed the president to be the commander in chief in times when
he was not called into the actual service of the United States.

The government has used false flag terrorism and staged provocations in an effort to
justify their malicious objectives for global control.

The government has in many cases, verboten our right to petition and peacefully
assemble for a redress of grievances, which by doing so violates the First
Amendment.

The government has denied the presence of political diversity and has ruled our
country by a dual-party system.

Throughout the course of these Oppressions, many of us were ignorant to the fact
that our leaders were engaged in such atrocities. Some of us feared knowing the
truth and instead, negated the facts as a defense mechanism to mask our
disappointment. Amongst the few, however, the truth was transparent, as we wrestled
against the pressures of conformity. Yet, we persevered and we will no longer allow
our government to be deaf to the voice of justice nor dilatory in amending the
current state of our nation.

We, therefore, the people of the United States of America, re-declare our popular
sovereignty. We are the ultimate authority of our government and our nation. We
expect and demand that the our government will belay from secrecy and cloth itself
in truth and integrity. We reject the status quo and are united in our pursuit to
bring into fruition the constitutional and foundational precepts of our great
nation.

New Declaration of Independence

The unanimous declaration of the fifty united states of America

When our founding fathers did proclaim independence from the King of Great Britain on this day in 1776, they did sign a ‘legal but not lawful document’. The word ‘State’ implies a legal estate or possession. Thus the Crown Colonies became the Crown States.

Our founding fathers proclaimed independence to protect us from foreign tyranny and to uphold our fundamental inalienable rights, such as ‘life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness’. Today these basic freedoms have become severely curtailed, with an elected dictatorship dedicated to serving the New World Order in place of a monarch trying to preserve the Old World Order.

We the citizens of the united states of America assembled here today outside Congress do hereby disassociate ourselves from the former bankrupt corporation known as the United States of America. Furthermore we renounce once and for all political and legal ties to the British Crown, the Crown Temple, the Middle Temple, the Vatican and his Excellency the Pope, the United Nations, the European Union, the World Bank, and all other international institutions.

From this day forth the ultimate owner of the land of this great country of ours is the sovereign states of America and the supreme law is that of the united states of America deriving its authority from the sovereign fifty states who in turn derive it from the people. Should there be a return to tyranny in future days then the sovereign states reserve the right to secede from the united states or form a new system of government. This is our New Declaration of Independence and our guiding light for days to come.

Declaration of Independence

There comes a time when a governed people must assess their government and hold it accountable if it is determined that this government is operating in direct opposition to the freedoms and protection of the people it was originally purported to serve. If, by this assessment, it is determined that the government is not functioning on behalf of the people, but that it instead is found to be hostile to its people and their freedoms, then those same people of the nation have a right and duty to take a stand and declare that government to be illegitimate and no longer binding on the people it has betrayed. We the people of the United States of America declare that this is now our time to take a stand and reform our government with a return to the Constitutional Republic form of government upon which our nation was originally formed and intended to remain under. We declare the current government to be illegitimate and formally declare it as being adverse to the people it is by design supposed to protect and serve. It is a government that now serves private, foreign interests and international banking families and is pushing policies and procedures that are adverse to the freedoms of the people who are subject to its tyranny. This government is detrimental to rather than the champion of the people of the United States of America. It no longer protects the sovereignty of the United States, but rather has become an agent of change resulting in the demise of the nation through covert and open operations that have attacked the infrastructure on multiple fronts of “global governance” Hegelian dialectic processes. Congress in general has failed to do their duty and represent and protect the people and has allowed abuses by the sitting President and Vice President and those under their influence, all of them serving private elite interests working against the benefit and protection of the United States and its people. These abuses are at once criminal and treasonous and those in current power who have been progenitors of these abuses or who have allowed these abuses to be carried out should be tried and held accountable for their offenses against the Constitution and people who have and continue to suffer under their tyranny. It is our right as a nation of people and our goal to immediately end the current and illegitimate form of tyranny represented by the current government and to actively bring about a return to the formal and rightful government which has been undermined, reinstating the proper checks and balances and the return to a legitimate representative form of government. In keeping with the original Declaration of Independence by the people of the nation in 1776, we will outline our specific grievances below.

For the abuses and dictatorial power claimed by the sitting President of the United States in the form of myriad signing statements that are contrary to the provisions established in the Constitution of the United States and show a blatant disregard for the legitimate checks and balances established to prevent such tyranny.

For illegally attacking and subsequently occupying Afghanistan under false pretenses and without a formal declaration of war as required by the United States Constitution

For illegally attacking and subsequently occupying the country of Iraq under false pretenses and without a formal declaration of war as required by the United States Constitution. For the one million plus deaths to innocent Iraqi civilians as a result of this illegal occupation and for the ongoing policies of torture and detainment policies of the illegitimate governing criminals who are pushing inhumane and destructive policies on the civilians of Iraq.

For the abusive policies of the military leadership towards the military service men and women who are purposefully being injected with shots containing harmful and sometimes deadly material and for knowingly allowing them to be exposed to harmful depleted uranium. For requiring them to serve unreasonable extended tours that are demoralizing and destroying their lives and families. This represents blatant disregard for human life and willful intent to harm Americans in military service.

For working secretly to bring about the North American Union by covertly merging the United States, Canada and Mexico into one body without getting the consent of Congress and the People of the United States. This “evolution by stealth” of the Security and Prosperity Partnership is treasonous and the un-American participants should be tried as traitors for their efforts to erode the sovereignty of the United States and circumvent the will of the people and the legitimate governmental processes. .

For spying on the American people illegally with secret government programs and operations that directly violate the privacy and freedoms that are supposed to be protected by the United States Constitution. The government now regularly illegally circumvents the Constitution openly with illegal activities such as wiretapping, internet and email monitoring, opening U.S. mail, and other violations of the protected rights of we the people of the United States.

For ongoing militarization of the local and state police resulting in policies that encourage officers to abuse their power and violate the rights and humanity of the citizens who are supposed to be protected by the power entrusted to them. Instead American citizens are increasingly subjected to tyranny as we see the United States morphing rapidly into a police state serving the ruling elite foreign and domestic private interests at the expense of the citizenry.

For refusing to be transparent with regards to secret meetings and declarations. Congress is prohibited from even reading certain measures that outline government structure.

For dictatorship declaration in the form of Presidential Decision Directive 51, The Military Commissions Act of 2006, and the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007.

For the illegal and unconstitutional Federal Reserve private banking cabal that continually works to the detriment of the American people, while working for the international banking interests to bankrupt the United States and weaken it as a sovereign nation.
For engaging in propaganda campaigns using false news stories to influence and shape public opinion or topics from the war in Iraq to gun control legislation.

For ongoing corruption of the voting process as represented by governmental involvement in voting fraud as evidenced by Diebold in its programmable voting outcome. This means the American people no longer have confidence that their will their voice will be heard. This criminal infringement ensures criminal government power holders can continue to see to it that only their chosen few get and maintain power.

For violating Constitutional right to bear arms for residents during the Katrina occupation after the hurricane devastated the area. Residents who were in unaffected areas who had decided to stay and protect their homes were forced to leave and their arms confiscated.

For illegally detaining, torturing, and in some cases killing individuals without due process of law or evidence to support the incarceration. So called “rendition” flights have proven to be a form of terrorism this current government is engaged in against innocent people.

For being unduly directed by small elite interests represented by the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderberg Group, and other think tanks of the international banking families. The false right/left Democrat/Republican choices paraded in front of the American people are in general serving the same interests, with little exception or choice to true representation of the American people. The same elite interests utilize their controlled mass media propaganda and voting manipulation to attempt to keep true champions of the American People and the Constitution of the United States from obtaining office.

For allowing private government contracts to organizations involved in proven criminal activity to continue to hold their contracts and be paid by the American taxpayers. An example was DynCorp’s exposed involvement in child kidnapping rings and slavery of women and children and being permitted to continue as a highly paid government contractor.

For the illegal and unconstitutional Federal Income Tax that steals earned income from each American citizen under a false system that has been pushed as a legal and rightful one, but in fact is not declared by law. Income is the private property of American citizens, and the Federal Income Tax works hand in hand with the Federal Reserve to enrich the traitors who are feeding off of the well meaning American people to bring the United States to a full collapse to bring in a One World System.

We the people of the United States of America do now declare our rights to end this unconstitutional and illegitimate form of government that is currently in place and destroying the United States through the above mentioned treasonous and tyrannical activities. The government is no longer for the people, it is run by and for elite private interests, and this fascist military industrial regime must be stopped immediately. Our United States Constitutional checks and balances have been defeated with the use of continual corruption, bribery, and a systematic overthrow of our legal and proper form of government. Criminal agents who are representing their international banking interests now run the government for the small circle of financial elite and against the American people. We must now install a legitimate government that protects the American People with sound money policies and with a dissolution of the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Bank and Federal Income Tax, two obscene entities that work against the American People and for the private banking interests and their government agents who have been abusing the power We the People have entrusted them with. We demand that our men and women return from the illegal occupation of Iraq on behalf of the same international banking interests and that America policy returns to a policy of non-intervention, a return to trade policies that protect and benefit American industry rather than puts American industry out of any fair chance to survive and prosper as we have seen under the un-American NAFA and GATT policies that have proven to be a deadly cancer upon the American economic system. It is our intent, at whatever cost necessary, to return to a government bound to serve and protect the American people and adhere to the Constitution of the United States.

The Declaration of We the People

of the United States of America

As the course of human events continues to unfold, it becomes necessary
for one people to reassert their unalienable rights and to again declare
separation from a Government proved detrimental to their safety and
prosperity.

The truths we have held so long are imperil, the equality of mankind,
life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. When in a society man is no
longer equal and life is replaced with death, when liberty is replaced
by tyranny, when happiness is replaced with misery, than it is the right
of the people to reexamine its government, and if necessary replace it.
The consent of the governed must never be infringed upon, the people
have been forced to accept that which is unacceptable. The current
government has not carried out its constitutional responsibilities to
its people. As the people have dissented from tyranny in the past while
laying out the facts of their oppression, so shall we. The violations of
our United States constitution by the current government include, while
in all probability, not limited to the following.

The failure to provide for the common defense.

The participation of entangling alliances, not limited to other nations,
but third party entities including the Federal Reserve and the United
Nations as well.

The engagement in undeclared wars.

The ongoing abuses of power through executive order by seat of the
president.

The illegitimate fiat monetary system.

The direct taxation of the people without apportionment.

A Judicial system unbefitting of a free society, who’s decisions have
often contradicted the law of the land, our constitution.

The failure to protect the property and privacy of its people.

The creation of a multitude of departments which have failed to serve
its purpose and the people.

The unconstitutional use of the peoples wealth to create unauthorized
programs and the bailout of corporations and banks.

The unconstitutional limitations imposed on the people such as our right
to keep and bear arms, the freedom to travel, speech and expression and
the use of permits and licensing.

God, our creator, has provided us with the abilities to think and to
reason, to reflect and to contemplate. We as a free and sovereign people
must use our gifts and our wisdom to pursue the ends to justify our
means. Therefore, in the spirit of our founders, and for the
preservation of our sovereign republic, we the people declare the
installment of a new government in place of the old. A government that
is of, by and for the people. We pledge our lives, our wealth and
militia to pursue our freedom from tyranny. May God bless the United
States of America and its people.

A New Declaration of Independence of the fifty united States of America and its territories.

[Including a Bill of Particulars]

It has become ever apparent that since the rights and laws of nature talked about in our original document of separation from an unjust and cruel monarchy. That we have now been deceived into the acceptance of an even more cruel and corrupt system ever present in our own United States of America in this new twenty-first century world.

The Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God which we do consent to and attempt to live by have and are being usurped by a Government for its own uses and not a Government of its people.

The truths that even two hundred and thirty-two years passed should in these times of corruption be ever present and clear to us as they were to those under such circumstances and came together long ago for these same reasons. The rights mentioned which are given to us by our creator who made these rights absolute and that which can never be revoked or procured away from us by any individual or Government. These irrevocable rights of our creator give us life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The rights that have continued since our countries inception into the world are ever the more important for the modern world.

As warranted any form of Government that becomes destructive to our liberties is in our best interest and right as the people, governed by such, to alter or abolish it and to institute a new Government. This new institution should be laid so that it is the most likely to be the safe keeper of all such freedoms that the people hold dear. The need for any such type of Government only should arise from this need to defend these aforementioned irrevocable rights, and the power of this rights protecting Government can only come from the people that it will protect and govern.

To This end we recognize the dangers of falling victim to the likes of despotism that of which has begun to show its face in light of today’s world. When our current leader or President of the fifty United States of America and its territories begins to become the law of rule and not that of the governed, that we indeed are in peril.

The continued abuses and insults to us as a sovereign people by the unconstitutionality of laws being passed and corruption overseen by that of the executive, judicial, and legislative branches continues to accumulate and undermine the basis of our once great Republic.

The People of this Republic and peaceful shining light of freedom and justice have been betrayed. We are and have been in direct and absolute objection to the tyrannies that have manifested themselves in our fifty states and territories. As evidence to our case and grievances are factual statements to show what has had unprovoked and many direct consequences to the destruction of our American country.

For taking the people of the sovereign United States of America to war without following an act of congress for the declaration of war.

For the gross abuse of executive power by President George W. Bush which has been unconstitutionally granted by the congress. In so using the power and over use of executive orders to further usurp other branches of Government.

For conflating the Attack on September 11th, 2001 as a pretext for an aggressive war with the country of Iraq for which no evidence of guilt or motive was ever found or connected to so called terrorist activities.

For the intentional misleading our country of America to an unnecessary war in the country of Iraq which was laid out by the administration of George W. Bush.

For the killing of millions innocent children, women, and men of the sovereign country of Iraq for which military action was not required or provoked.

For the misspending of funds allocated for other purposes to support the war with the country of Iraq.

For the fiscally wasteful setting up of a world empire by means of unnecessary Military bases in as much as 130 individual countries around the globe.

For the secret missions of our sovereign United States of America in using our agencies such as CIA to overthrow and provoke wars with countries that would otherwise serve no imminent threat to our country.

For the Violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.

For purposeful spying on the peoples of the United States of America without the permission and probable cause needed for warrants with the excuse of preventing terrorism.

For the intent to violate enacted laws by way of signing statements.

For the intentional and illegal detention of supposed terrorist threats without charges both United States citizens and foreign captives.

For the Imprisoning of Children.

For the use of torture and of secretly allowing the use of torture on captive peoples in the Countries of Afghanistan, Iraq, and others.

Tampering with the free and fare election process on a national scale.

Misleading the congress and the peoples of the Unites States of America to address global climate change.

For the enforcement of the Internal Revenue Service and its unconstitutional powers of collecting an Income Tax.

For Supporting the Enactment of the Patriot Act and Similar acts and laws that prove that they are unconstitutional and therefore not lawful. These acts include the illegal use of free speech zones and the suspension of the writ of Habeas Corpus.

For the continued support for setting up a forceful police state within the country of the American peoples by the illegal use of National Guard troops to perform civil police duties and to illegally strip people of they’re second constitutional amendment to bear arms.

For secretly plotting and signing over the sovereignty of the fifty United States of America without the permission of the representatives of the people or the people themselves, to a new governing body of the combination of the United States, Mexico, and Canada into a direct resemblance of the European Union.

We have voiced our concerns, opinions, and anger at this direct offensiveness against us as the people of the fifty United States of America. Through all courses of action against these tyrannies we have been utterly ignored and portrayed as inferior to those in positions of power. Our President and his appointees are now as stated tyrants and dictators for which they claim to be above the law.

We now in the threat of the revocation of our natural rights and the pursuit of the newly appointed dictatorial powers that now exist in our country do declare ourselves independent and separate states from the corruption that has become Government. We sever all political connection between our free society and the unjustly ruling Government and that we being a free society has the right to levy for just and rational wars, to conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce and to do all other things in the manner of a free and independent society. If unchallenged this will set the precedent for an even more Tyrannical system, enabling the birth of a Government ill with a sickness of Despotism-no longer Of the People, For the People, and By the People. I raise my weapon of choice - a simple document reminding those who seek to oppress my friends, family, and myself that they do not have this authority. The battle of wills and ideals is being waged as you sit helplessly each night watching the news… or your favorite show. The battles continue as you go to work with your eyes and minds closed. The truth is no longer spoken in the classrooms nor break rooms. But it is time to speak out.
It is my most sincere hope that these united states of America can once again become the great beacon of liberty that they once stood for.
I hope, even more, that the people will demand their criminal government step down and peacefully restore this nation to the people - its rightful owners - and the sovereign with rights that supersede any power of government rule gifted to the government by the Constitution.

The Reminder of Independence of the Sovereign

The course of human events has once again led us into a time of great turmoil, where we are faced by threats to our sovereignty, not by a foreign King or country seeking to rule us through some ill conceived divine right, but by the government we created through privileges derived of our own rights, a government created to protect us from these great wrongs. Since our privileged government has become destructive of the rights they were tasked with protecting, the time has come, once again, for the people to terminate the contract with their government in order to ensure our continued sovereignty, well being, and the retention of our unalienable rights.

When this nation was created through the Constitution, all men were created equal sovereign individuals who owned themselves whose rights were superior to all else. Each meeting of men was a meeting equal to that of a meeting of kings true rulers of their own lives and bodies, a meeting of truly free men. A republic was established wherein the rights of one man could not be abridged by another, or even the combination of all other men in this nation voting for, or choosing to take those rights away. These principles established a free society where the majority may rule only so long as the rights of every individual were superior to any act done in the name of the common good, majority, public safety, or other term coined to justify the crimes against a group outside the majority.

The founders created a government amongst themselves, not based on their desire to be ruled, but because they believed it to be a necessary evil in order to ensure that the equality of each sovereign citizen of this new land be preserved throughout the generations. They feared that the government may one day seek power over the rights of the people and established certain protections to ensure this did not happen. These protections were written into the Constitution and fortified with the Bill of Rights.

The founding fathers were very clear in their intentions to create a privileged government ruling by the consent of the people, inferior to the rights of each individual, while working to protect these rights from international threats, and ensuring that all citizens would have equal access to legal recourse should their rights be violated.

Those protections have failed.

Congress has passed acts which establish corporate personhoods and collective groups with interests or rights superior to the rights of the individual citizens in violation of their established purpose to protect the rights of the individual.

Congress has passed malum prohibitum acts, acts which ban the free exercise of certain of our unalienable rights in violation of the Constitution.

Congress has deferred its delegated powers to other entities, as well as entities inside other branches of the Federal Government thus dismantling the balance of powers established in the Constitution.

Congress has gone against the public opinion and Constitutional grants of power to fund pre-emptive strikes against sovereign nations without establishing a threat to our national sovereignty, and without declaring war.

Congress has used distortion of the truth and subterfuge to pass spending bills and laws that no conscionable person could ever imagine, let alone vote for. It is commonly known that the bills passed through congress are no longer read. By failing to vote according to their knowledge of its contents, rather relying upon the emotional appeal of the title of a bill, Congress has failed to protect the rights of the citizenry.

Congress has usurped the authority of the people by seeking to redefine and reinterpret the limitations placed upon it by the Constitution. By doing so, Congress has established itself as above the law of the land the Constitution that all members swore to uphold.

For these and other crimes against us, we, the sovereign citizens of these united states of America hereby disband Congress, both the House and Senate, strip all members of all titles, powers, and privileges garnished by their participation in either chamber. All members of either chamber, past and present, shall cease receiving benefits derived from their time in office that is over and above the commonly established welfare. Criminal charges shall be brought upon every member still alive to determine by jury trial if they were individually complicit in the crimes against the sovereign rights of the individual citizens through their voting record under U.S. code title 18 Chapter 13 sections 241 and 242, as well as any other applicable law.

The Executive branch has committed similar crimes against the sovereign people of this nation.

They have led us to attack sovereign nations without a Congressional declaration of war in violation of the good faith of the citizens of this nation.

They have signed the unconstitutional acts of Congress into law.

They have usurped the authority and rights of the people by issuing signing statements that are in direct violation of their Constitutional grants of authority.

They have repeatedly failed to curtail the unconstitutional acts of Congress, acting in concert with them to achieve greater authority over the sovereign than the Constitution allows for.

For these and other crimes against us, we, the sovereign citizens of these united states of America hereby disband the offices of President, Vice President, and all inferior offices of the executive as established either through Constitutional grants of authority, or outside those grants. The current administration, at all levels, shall be tried by a jury to determine if any acts committed by each person through their privileged office of authority, using powers either directly granted to that office or not, criminally deprived any individual of their unalienable rights under color of law. Any acts against the rights of the people by use of government privilege will be punished under U.S. code title 18 Chapter 13 section 241 and 242, as well as any other applicable law.

The Judiciary has committed similar crimes against the sovereign people of this nation.

They have failed utterly to protect the citizens from the steady encroachment of their rights by invalidating the unconstitutional acts passed by congress. Instead, they have relied upon errors in court procedure to relieve those complaining of mistreatment while condemning the rest of the citizenry to suffer under the fascist authoritarian laws.

They have reinterpreted the Constitution to allow for the expansion of the Commerce Clause to reach every level of every citizen’s life in violation of their Constitutional purpose, and often contradicting their own rulings in favor of governmental authority at the cost of individual liberty.

They have failed utterly to enforce the balance of powers established by the Constitution and have aided both Congress and the Executive in their quest for power by ruling against the rights of the individual.

They have failed to protect the rights of the individual from special interest groups and corporations by allowing a slow progression to corporate personhood, wherein the rights of the individual are abrogated by the claimed necessity of the corporation.

They have failed to bring justice equally by creating procedural rules that deprive the common man of a fair and meaningful trial, while rewarding those with the resources to purchase their way out of punishments due to procedural errors derived from the unnecessary rules established.

They have deprived the people of their rights by taking these rights and making rules against the free exercise of these rights, in violation of their Constitutional purpose. Examples include the right to a fair trial, the right to represent one’s self by appointing representation to all defendants, the right to assistance of counsel by appointing representation to all defendants rather than permitting a defendant to represent themselves with the assistance described in the 6th amendment, the right to demur in all cases by the creation of Rule 12 (1).

For these and other crimes against us, we, the sovereign citizens of these united states of America hereby disband the Federal Judiciary in its entirety. The Supreme Court justices and the Justices of the lesser Federal Courts either currently sitting, or still alive, shall be placed on trial by jury to determine if their positions or actions in their respective position of privilege were in violation of the Constitution as written and explained by the founders. Any rulings against the rights of the people in favor of government privilege will be punished under U.S. code title 18 Chapter 13 section 241 and 242, as well as any other applicable law.

Other general complaints include acts of defiance treasonous acts against the sovereign people of this nation by those swearing to protect them.

Under the proclaimed act of &quotprotecting&quot the American people, the government has undermined the very rights they were to be protecting.

Under the proclaimed act of &quotregulation&quot the government has undermined the very property rights they were to be protecting.

Our government has also failed to respect the sovereignty of foreign nations and has, through criminal deception of the American people, led us into unfounded conflicts with our siblings and friends around the world.

Our government has squandered away the wealth of this nation in an attempt to police the world and build an empire. This is inconsistent with the powers granted to the government by the Constitution, and is an act of treason against the sovereign people.

Our government has failed utterly in its stated purpose to protect the rights of life, liberty, property, and pursuit of happiness for each person. With each violating act passed, signed, or ignored by the judiciary, this privileged government has committed treason against the sovereign American people.

Our government has failed utterly in its protection of all people regardless of their personal beliefs, races, creeds, or origins. This is in violation of the most basic of human rights, and cannot be tolerated by a government that is answerable to the people.

These failures can mean only that the government no longer has any interest in protecting the rights of those it has been tasked to protect, but has become willfully destructive of these rights. As stated in the original Declaration of Independence, we the people retain the right and duty to alter or abolish our government when it becomes destructive of the rights of the sovereign.

As this privileged government has failed in its intended purpose, and provides no other voluntary or necessary services and can claim no other purpose, it is the intent and will of the sovereign American people that this government be abolished and created anew.

This list of wrongs is by no means inclusive of all the evils done in the name of peace, liberty, and justice, but they establish firmly the grounds for our actions.

We would like to make it clear that it is not our estrangement with the currently elected officials that has forced our hand in this matter, but our dissatisfaction with the inherent flaws in the system that we feel must be addressed outside of the currently established channels for change. There has been a steady encroachment upon our liberties and rights by our constitutionally established government over the last two and a half centuries. At this time, we feel the need to dissolve the established government completely in order to eliminate the unconstitutional powers that have been taken over the years. We cannot do so effectively with the limited powers we have left. As such, we are resorting to our final measure reclaiming our sovereign powers and resetting the Constitution, re-establishing the government so that we may eliminate our previous errors in doctrine and vigilance, and to ensure our continued freedom.

As we, the people, are the sovereign, the rulers of this great land, we hereby revoke all privileged authority of the Federal Government and abolish it utterly. During the transition phase between the current government and the government yet to be established by a revised and amended Constitution, the state governments will remain to keep the peace and ensure the continued flow of commerce which our society has come so heavily to rely upon. Once a national government has been re-established, it shall have its initial task be to ensure that all rights of the people are protected from the governments of the collective states making up the union.

We, the people of these united states of America, petition our brothers and sisters around the world to harbor our troops and civilians currently in your countries until we can safely bring them home, or their vacations have ended. We have wronged you in the past, as we have wronged ourselves by not staying vigilant against the steady encroachment of our rights. We ask for your forgiveness and thank you for your assistance during this time of unrest and restoration.

All American military acts around the world are to cease immediately. All troops stationed outside the physical boundaries of American soil are to return to their assigned bases and take up defensive postures, or return to American soil without any acts of aggression or violence towards the people of the land you occupy. We petition the world for peace for our men and women on those bases until we are capable of returning them to our country, and return the land we have taken from you to build the aforementioned bases.

You can rest assured that the return of your land is one of the primary goals of the people of these united states of America.

This document embodies the will of the sovereign, free people, citizens of the great land in which we proudly reside, be it through divine intervention or happenstance. We solidly stand upon our rights as sovereign individuals, with natural rights superior to any act or whim of a ruling class or government, as defined in the founding documents of what we will again make the great nation of these united states of America.

There comes a time in ones life when standing
tall is not enough to keep evil from its ghastly
triumph. In such dreary times and precarious
situations one is required to stand tall AND be heard
in order for the light of truth to shine down upon the
sickness which plagues Liberty, so that it may be
purged and thrown out of our lady’s sacred body.

However, when the people are prevented from
performing this task due to their rights being
infringed upon for the sake of the few, who gain and
delight from such misery, the time for words must come
to end as the color fades from Lady Liberty’s rosy
cheeks.

Therefore we, the people of these United States,
declare ourselves independent and separate from you,
The Government of Tyranny. Although we reside within
the same body, we the people are of a separate spirit
removed from you the wicked. We do not
subscribe to or hold self evident your tenants or your
declaration that we, not you, are the servants within
this great experiment. Our creator had given us rights
that were never meant to be twisted or given away
purposely or on a whim to some corporate, foreign, or
other power operating outside the path of decency. The
right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness is not
for you and you alone, the right to live safely and
without fear is not for you and you alone, and the
right to our nation’s resources and technological
achievements is not for you and you alone. We the
people deserve to sit and be fed at the same table of
prosperity and greatness our forefathers had left to
us so long ago, and we shall now take our rightful
places at that table. It is not only our duty, but our
right to overthrow a tyrannical government. If you
will not let us correct the problem which plagues our
lady liberty civilly, than we the people shall now
save our lady through action and force!

May the Creator guide us back to our rightful
place, to our rules of law our fathers left us, and to
our honor once again on this path to reclaim our
Lady’s essence and, our Divine Freedom.

A new Declaration of Independence of the free people of the united States of America,

Continuing in the course of human events, it is time for a new declaration of freedom for the united States of America. 200 years after the founding of this free republic, we are ever vigilantly awaiting the sunset of tyranny.

Our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our uniquely American freedoms are a mere 200 years old, but in those 200 years America has become a beacon of freedom and democracy to the world. This beacon remains a flickering candle in the winds of tyranny.

Powerful and tireless foreign and domestic forces have been working to destroy America from the beginning. Yet, by the kind providence of our Creator, America remains the last great hope of the world.

Representatives of these united States, are required to defend our Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Upholding this oath is the continuing right and duty of all Americans. The very survival of our republic is at stake. Together, we must gather the courage to name and dissolve the modern enemies of our free republic.

Who are the modern enemies of our Republic?

President Eisenhower warned us on January 17, 1961, of a military, intelligence-gathering, and corporate alliance that has become so vast and powerful as to constitute a permanent, unelected shadow government. A foreign policy of non-interventionism will guide us in our efforts to remove this threat, while maintaining a strong national defense.

The Security and Prosperity Partnership for North America (SPP) is busily dissolving our borders and harmonizing our laws with those of Canada and Mexico, at the behest of powerful globalist elites. Withdrawing from the SPP will signal to the world that America remains the land of the free.

A private, international banking cartel has succeeded in gaining control our monetary system through the 16th Amendment to our Constitution on February 3, 1913, and the Federal Reserve Act enacted on December 22-23, 1913. With the help of Congress, we must repeal the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment.

To those who feel threatened or disenfranchised by this agenda, we reach out our hands in friendship, asking all who are proud to be called citizens of this great republic to help us restore the proper roles for the military, intelligence, and corporate communities to help us restore a proper role for global cooperation to help us restore the proper roles of banks and the government in controlling monetary policy to help restore the proper role of our Constitution.

We recognize that law enforcement must be vigilant to root out organized crime and corruption, even in our government and military through the good work of the FBI, local law enforcement, the Inspectors General of the Armed Forces, specialized military forces, and various national guard and private militia, by approval of the people of the united States.

We the people of the united States of America, including law enforcement and military now face our most difficult task of all: the task of rooting out corruption that is deep and widespread and sinister. We have been routinely and cynically manipulated and threatened by powerful groups of corrupt people in various institutions inside and outside of our government to unwittingly carry out and cover up their evil deeds.

We, therefore, appealing to the same Supreme Judge of the world as are forefathers for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of these States, solemnly publish and declare, that these united States are, and of right ought to be, free and independent States that they are absolved from all allegiance to corrupt officials and institutions of the Federal Government, and that all political connection between them and such corrupt officials and institutions ought to be totally dissolved and that as free and independent States, they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent States may of right do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of the divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.

Drafted for consideration by the good people of these States by a private American citizen who wishes to remain anonymous until the time arrives for finalizing a declaration such as this draft.

New Declaration of Independence

We the people of the United States of America, hereby excercise our constitutional authroity to denounce and remove the current government. In its state the current government has become corrupt and malovelent beyond repair. The current government has abandoned the constitution to seek its own ends, and in the process taken steps to ensure that We the citizens are deprived of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness without due process or even the consideration of the law. So it is with this declaration that We the undersigned no longer recognize the authority of the current government until it has re-established the rule of constitutional law or until such time new safegaurds for our Republic can be established.

The Declaration of Independence: Part Two

In the year 1776 the United States of America, had found in the course of human events that it became necessary to dissolve the political bands which connected these Free People with British Imperialism - our Founding Fathers proclaimed that tyranny from abroad must end - and it did end with a Revolutionary war.

In the year 2008 a new tyranny has arisen to destroy all the self-evident truths that proclaim: “…all men and women are created equal, and they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, which are: Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.”

All of these “Rights” are being trodden under-foot by the storm troopers in our own Government of the United States of America and by the Powers lurking behind the curtain in a New World Order.

The Declaration of Independence Part One stated: “whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it and to institute a new Government…”

The Declaration of Independence Part Two, in the year of our
Lord 2008 states: We the People of these 50 United States of America (and for the People of the world) declare that history has shown us in the last 50 years (and more) that our own Government and the Powers behind the New World Order have repeatedly injured and usurped all of the: Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness: from the good People of the United States of America and the World.

To prove this let the facts be known… to a candid World.

The usurpations are as follows: they have taken Power from We the People without legal claim and put the Power in the seat of Government, with over taxing, spying on citizens, a military police state, and a world on the brink of destruction.

The injuries are many: such as, No personal Rights, No Personal Freedoms and the worst of all is this: a eugenics death program to kill off 80% of the Worlds population.

In the course of time our Nation has fallen from Grace into despair-all done by domestic insurrections (covertly) by our own Government with the Powers that Be: The New World Order.

In every stage of many Oppressions We the People have Petitioned for a Redress of all issues with no avail from our Congress.

Our Congress understands this diabolical plan to destroy The United States of America (and the whole World) and does nothing to stop this human injustice.
We the People must not turn a deaf ear to the Voice of Justice.

Our responsibilities are now in front of Us.

We, therefore, the good People of these United States of America (and the World) must appeal to the Supreme Judge of the World for guidance, as the authority for our “New Declaration of Independence from global governance.”

We the People have the Rights to take back our Nation and the World, from the continued evils that have fallen upon all of Us.

If we do not stand with one hand holding each others in this battle, then we shall fall alone - one at a time.

This is not how a Nation, founded on the Principles and the Grace of God should end - God Forbid it Not!

For now the time is at hand that: We the People shall stand together and break Free once again from the bondage of subjugation from global slavery- as we together start a new beginning.

This is a new beginning for the freedom of the World.

And for support of this 2nd Declaration: with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, our sacred Honor, our Love for each other and our quest for the Truth and Freedom. ..For all of Mankind.

Declaration of Independence and Affirmation of the Constitution

hen in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We affirm our belief and loyalty to these great truths that we hold to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object contrives a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. When those bodies of government whose purpose is to guarantee and protect the liberties, freedoms and protections in law, fail to sustain and nurture such objectives, and instead subvert and apply with selective and arbitrary judgment to suit the agenda not of the people, then the people must intervene.

It is with the constraint and under the inhibited application of, the principles that underpin the Constitution of the United States that all people who have sworn loyalty to its founding and Constitution must rise, to fulfill their sworn obligation, of unfaltering loyalty, to that most noble of ideals and defend it against all enemies both foreign and domestic. It is the cornerstone of this nations founding that such an obligation be fulfilled, for it is a sworn oath, that they should, and an act of treason for this nations enemies, who would not.

Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States under the yoke of the faltering Institutions and such is now the necessity which constrains the people to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present President, is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object, the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States, through the use and misuse of instruments of power and control of the many through the reigns held by the few that demonstrates that the current state of the union, is one such that, the very principles upon which the institutions that enshrine liberty, freedom, democracy and its most noble aspirations are now dependent on sustaining principles counter and opposed to its founding.

To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

He is at this time transporting large Armies of Mercenaries to complete works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty &amp perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

In every stage of these Suppressions of Liberty We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Servant of the People whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

We have warned him from time to time of attempts by his legislature to extend unwarrantable controls over us. We have reminded him of the fundamental and inalienable rights that he and his allies in corruption have sought to inhibit. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, where we the People must restore by Will what has been denied by request, and hold them, as we hold anyone who is an enemy of the Constitution, as Traitors to this great nation.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these United States, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be free from the control of the federal institutions that have been so manifestly subverted in their aspirations and founding principles that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to said subverted federal institutions, and that all political connection between them and said federal institutions, is and ought to be totally dissolved and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to re-institute those bodies that are by the people, of the people to serve the people, to redress the controls, principles and balances that underpin the notions, objectives, values and vision of the noble idea that is a free, fair and just America, whose proud and noble traditions have been eroded by the slow passage of time and the resolve of those who seek to fulfill an agenda contrary to the principles of the founders for the people of the United States of America.

It is with this document, that We, The People, swear our allegiance to the principles that make the Constitution of the United States a beacon of Liberty and Freedom, and are compelled to protect such principles through any and all means necessary to remove any and all nascent threats to that Constitution, through the freedoms and liberty provided by such.

A New Declaration of Independence

As it has become exquisitely clear that, barring swift and sure action from the People, human events may shortly run their course according to the vile and secret design of an unelected Oligarchy, it has become necessary to cast off its tenuous hold on the individual destinies of the People of this once-great nation. A sacred duty has been impressed upon us that we can, that we absolutely must, throw off this Government for the sake of our collective posterity.

We aver that the institution of Government is reliant on the consent of the people to be governed, and that consent is given according to the equitable nature of the governance. We aver that, as this Government was established to secure the rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness for the People, and that as this Government has become destructive to these ends, that we, the People of the United States of America, are no longer beholden to this Government. We are compelled to sever this cruel and unjust association, the benefits of which are strictly on the side of the Government, for our sakes and for our very lives.

Let it not be said that we Declared our New Independence precipitously, for a long history of abuses by the current and former Administrations, as well as by clandestine agencies acting in collusion pursuing the establishment of absolute tyranny, has preceded the action we now take:

The Government has refused to assent to its own laws, which laws were established expressly for the purpose of ensuring a fair and just governance.

The Government has passed illegal laws, and has passed laws illegally, which are an affront to our fundamental Rights and which stand in sharp contrast to the ideals of a free nation.

The Government has entered into immoral and illegal wars, and has done so under false pretense by presenting misinformation and outright lies to the People for the purpose of gaining misguided support for these illicit acts.

The Government, in concert with other agencies, has perpetrated acts of terrorism against its own People, and has killed untold numbers of its citizenry.

The Government has repeatedly violated our Constitution, inasmuch as to render the document void of all power.

A Government such as this is an abomination, and is unfit to rule a Free People. It is in this spirit and upon these truths that we Declare ourselves Independent of this government of tyranny, and it is with a great resolve that we endeavor to establish once again a free and just United States of America.

New Declaration of Independence

In recognition of the human condition, man is often forced to choose between his liberty and his security. However, neither can be achieved in an of it’s own right, lest the other be lost. Furthermore, knowing that security, in every single situation, can never be guaranteed at any cost, it is the right, obligation and duty for every man, woman, and child to strive for liberty in all it’s abundance, throwing off the yoke of those that would subjugate them in the name of peace, polished manners, and facades wrought with misconception. It is in this name of liberty, a God-given right, a paradox of the sentient to protect and augment in any means necessary, that we do hereby bring the following grievances to governments, corporations, and individuals, who have appointed themselves in implementation of said security both in the United States and throughout the world.

Twelve generations prior, a group of individuals, some bearing quills, and others arms, or both, took upon themselves this afore-mentioned God-given right. During the span of twelve years, they defeated those of the British crown, empowering themselves unto a new land and identity away from King George III. The document they inscribed told of frustrations with taxes, unjust imprisonment, and thievery of common law guaranteed to every British citizen. They further marked down a constitution of a free, seemingly unassailable republic, where every person had a chance to achieve his or her own definition of liberty and dream to the realm of impossibility.

However, as time has progressed, this very document on which the government of the United States of America was founded, has been utterly decimated and eroded by the very people elected to guard it’s sacred honor. In time other governments followed suit, each by their own routes and strategies, manipulated by agendas that are bigger than themselves. Guided by the warped ideals of those individuals without, who knew not what true liberty stands for, these senators, congressmen, judges, and even presidents, and their cohorts seek more to live their lives in comfort and avarice on the backs of those they constantly swindle. They have created falsehoods to tear down the very fabric of freedom, often at the expense of lives and always at the expense of the Will of the Creator.

Therefore,

I. For the utter disregard for the citizenry to bear arms, or any device he chooses necessary to defend himself within or without the court of law,

II. For the willful and shameful malfeasance, a truncation of a man’s given right of expression of ideas,

III. For corrupting the very language and original meanings of words and or phrases, twisting them to their own selfish ends,

IV. For the indoctrination and inculcation of the young, the blatant and unjustified destruction of mind, body and soul of any age for the sake of power and profit.

V. For the unjust regulation of business and commerce, and the levee of any taxation suffered by said commerce,

VI. For the intrusions repeatedly executed by corrupt officers of peace, whether conscripted or hired, and their malicious intent by demonstrable means to foment an atmosphere of fear and panic among the governed,

VII. For the unwarranted and continued execution of world conflict, often guided by derelict actions of the executioners,

VIII. For the juxtaposition of fact with falsehood by media outlets, outright omissions, misdirections, and otherwise egregious mannerisms brought to bear upon the masses,

IX. For the perpetuation of false dichotomies, granting only cursory evidence in political arenas to multiple viewpoints, in reality only agreeing when advantageous by means of furthering power and dominance,

X. For the continued exaltation of erased national borders and eroded sovereign powers,

XI. For the elimination and subversion of sovereign currencies, via inflation and fiat, and not allowing said exchanges to be supported by anything of intrinsic and static value, doing so in coordination with financial institutions whose very purpose is the antithesis of liberty,

XII. For the infiltration, destabilization, and outright usurpation of cultures, peoples, ideas, and other basic human conditions,

XIII. For erecting structures, both of manual labor and of corrupted thought, to enslave and imprison freemen whom have committed no sin against their fellow man,

XIV. For the continued decimation of the sacred institutions of marriage and Holy union,

XV. For the hubris and unmitigated guile of engaging in secret acts and rituals, normally abhorrent to the sensibility of the common man,

XVI. For the continual twisting of various texts of different faiths to support manmade agendas,

XVII. For the unjust application and interpretations of existing laws designed to protect liberty and rights wherever they may be found,

XVIII. And in general, for ignoring any and every man’s right to live as his Creator had intended, free and in glorious liberty,

We, the citizens of the World, and in concert with the citizens of the United States of America, hereby declare our independence from those principalities set upon us by evil, be they individual, corporate, or political. We reserve the right, and as basic a right as we can be able, to enjoin ourselves in self-governance, and thereby chose to grant ourselves our original liberty as a birthright. We swear by the blood of our fathers and their fathers before them, that no man should be in bondage, however comfortable and secure that bondage may seem, for it is in the mere state of uncomfortability that the greatest of success in any arena can be achieved. We claim this right for ourselves, our descendants, and for all those who choose to live as we do, and we choose to defend this right by any means necessary. The sovereignty of our thoughts, our decisions, our destinies, lay within us and only us, and are not subject to the whim of any entity, no matter what bulwark they hide behind. We recognize our own justifications in every situation, and that we ultimately have one Judge, and that what we do in our lives will reflect on what we will answer for to this Judge when we face Him. We undertake this oath, whether belief in a Creator or not, in whatever form we choose to believe, to the very ideals of the way a man’s life was intended.
It is the obligation under natural law that man alone should cleave. The original intent of the founding fathers of the United States based itself on a text long regarded as the sole passage to eternity, and therefore these men modeled the documents they penned after what was in this tome they considered sacred above all things. Lest men forget, that this same document upheld liberty to or not to worship, the wholeness both of the family and of self, coupling this idea with the single paramount virtue “Love thy neighbor as thyself..” It is from this document, that a government forged in singular purpose, lasting through conflict, division and reunification, on the backbone steadfastly of what it meant to be a human being. Unequivocally and irrevocably, all men are certainly not only are created equal, but are entitled to keep such equality in the most transparent manner, irregardless of events both internal and external.

We therefore recognize that government is an iron-clad instrument of men, and that the words that produce the backbone of said governance should not be subject to any interference from the way it was originally manifest, thereby insuring it’s own place in the hearts of those who long for the ways of their own choosing. Every word, clear and bold in presentation, must reflect the light of destiny and self determination. Devoid of prejudice, and reproached in transparency ad-infinitum, the government must always serve the interests of liberty, of one man, and of all men.

So say us one, so say us all!
